Cutting our pieces by hand requires years of expertise and gives a unique touch to each product. Using sandstone or diamond grinding wheels turning at very high speed, each piece is shaped with precision and rigour.

After the cutting operations, the pieces move on to the polishing workshop.

The final stage is quality control, where any pieces with defects are eliminated or repaired. All the pieces are stamped with the Cristallerie de Montbronn logo, a guarantee of quality and French know-how. Finally, each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and a blue case in the Cristallerie's colours.
