Cristallerie de Montbronn wishes to offer its Customers, or the recipient of a gift, the possibility of exchanging the Articles delivered.
The Customer can benefit from an exchange on an Order made online by returning it to the sender Cristallerie de Montbronn by post or by coming directly to our workshops.
In the event of a defect on the Product or breakage during delivery, the Customer is requested to contact our Customer Service at email@example.com who will offer an adapted service according to his request.
The customer has 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to request an exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds nor exchanges.
The Customer may exchange any or all of the items in their Web Order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned complete (cushioning accessories, certificate of origin...) in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be exchangeable and will be returned to the sender by mail.
The shipping costs of the returned package are at the expense of the Customer.
Cristallerie de Montbronn will pay for the standard delivery costs of the new Order.

The Customer must prepare the package by placing the Article(s) to be returned in the original box.
The Customer must return the parcel by choosing the approved carrier of his choice.
Once the parcel has been received by Cristallerie de Montbronn, a new Order composed of the desired Articles will be sent to the Customer at the address indicated in the exchange form.
